Our function room has an acoustic shaped ceiling and walls, which deliver excellent sound everywhere in the room.

Our bar prices are similar to McMullen Pubs, unlike some hotels.
Room Hire
West Essex offers stunning views out over our fabulous golf course, practice grounds, Epping Forest and beyond.
Our large Lounge Suite is suitable for up to 160 dining guests. An ideal room for Weddings, Birthday & Anniversary Celebrations, Club Presentation, Dinner Dance, Quiz Nights, Large Business Meetings, Seminars and Conferences.
Our smaller Oak Suite is suited towards the more intimate event with dining available for up to 40 guests and celebrations for up to 60. The ideal room to host an intimate Wedding Celebration, Christening, Club Luncheon, Committee Meeting, Wake or Business Meeting.
Outside we have a large Patio area with adequate seating and tables for the summer months.
The club is situated on one of the highest points in Essex, resulting in stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the London skyline.

Weddings
As soon as you enter our drive, you will understand why West Essex is one of the most popular venues in the county for weddings and other functions.
Combine these surroundings with our professional and caring staff, and we can guarantee your wedding day will be a memorable event for both you and your guests.
For the evening entertainment you can choose from hiring a DJ or a band as there's a separate area for the entertainment to set up.
On summer evenings, you can also continue the party outside in the gardens which you can gain access to from the banqueting hall.
There's also a fully stocked bar with a large selection of beers, wines and spirits which are served throughout the day.
West Essex has an extensive range of menus and food to choose from and staff are always happy to cater to any dietary requirements or specialist food.
